Each shipment tender constitutes a binding contract under these terms. We don't accept verbal modifications; all specialty requirements must be documented in the bill of lading.
Trucking industry standards apply to all claims. CH Supply Chain Consulting, Inc. liability for cargo loss or damage is strictly limited to the Carmack Amendment provisions or specifically agreed-upon insurance values.
Standard net-30 terms apply to all invoiced freight. Late fees of 1.5% per month are assessed on past-due balances. We believe in fair compensation for the hard work of our drivers.
The Bill of Lading (BOL) is the governing document for all transportation. Any discrepancies between the BOL and these terms shall be resolved in favor of the BOL for specific shipment details, but these General Terms for overall liability.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County.
